Erin HouYing Chen, CA LIC. 0I64472, is a licensed Insurance & Financial Services Agent and a Medicare Scholar*.

Erin is a proud member of Foundation for Senior Services**, Senior Specialists Group*** - North Orange County Chapter, as well as Placentia Chamber of Commerce.

Erin grew up in the countryside of central Taiwan, playing in rice fields and creeks, traveling in the beautiful mountains and visiting tea plantations with her father, watching patients come in ill and leave well at the pharmacy and hospital with her mother, and serving clients with her grandparents at the family tea and herb shop. Perhaps it is all this that shaped Erin into the person she is today – passionate about people and passionate about the environment.

Erin came to the US as a high school foreign exchange student, studied Environmental Science & Engineering, and holds a certificate in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Studies. Having worked in retail then retail management to support herself through school for a number of years, Erin made a career change and ventured into the insurance industry in 2014 to accommodate her growing family. Today, with the help of her trusted husband and cousin, Erin owns a full service Insurance Agency, servicing clients with multiple lines of business with a focus on Life & Financial Services, Long Term Care Insurance, and, most passionately, Medicare Health Plans.
